The house of the most famous philosopher of the Netherlands 

On the Paviljoensgracht lived from 1669 for a number of years the most famous philosopher of the Netherlands, Spinoza. Here he writes to the Ethics, his masterpiece, in which he demonstrates in a mathematical way that God is everywhere: in nature, people, animals and the universe.
